Asif Ali got a chance to play the lead role in the film industry through Shyamaprasad’s musical film Ritu. Nishan and Reema Kalingal were the co-stars. He then worked on the film Satya Anthikadu’s Kanda Thudarunnu. Betaran also directed his third film Apurbaragam. He gets Nishan as a co-star again. He has recently finished work on the film M, A, Nishad’s Best of Luck. And the debutant Rajesh Kannamkara’s Ithu Namudde.
