1980-1990 Season

Biz Markie was interviewed in the cult documentary Big Fun within the Big Town in 1986. Biz also appeared briefly in the music video for Rob Base’s single, It Takes Two.

The only “Just a Friend”, in which he was caught between rap and vocals changed, became Markie’s most successful single and reached number 9 on the Billboard charts. Sickness and Death :-

Markie fell ill in April 2020 and was hospitalized. After being admitted to the hospital, Markie was diagnosed with diabetes and in December 2020 it was reported that Markie was in a rehabilitation center following a stroke. Markie was reported to have been in a stroke rehabilitation center. he suffered after falling into a diabetic coma. Rumors of his death circulated on Twitter on July 1, 2021. His agent told Rolling Stone. The best possible medical care.” Markie died a fortnight later, on July 16, at the age of 57 in a Baltimore hospital.
