Early Life :-
David Warner was born in the Paddington area on the outskirts of Sydney, New South Wales. The coach advised him to strike with his right hand as he wanted to hit the ball in the air at 13. But a season later, his mother Sheila Warner puts him back in the same position. As a left-handed batsman for the Sydney Coastal Cricket Club, he broke the career record for the U-16 team. He made his freshman debut in the Eastern Suburbs at the age of 15. He then visited Sri Lanka for the U19 national team and signed with the state team.
International Cricket :-
He made his Twenty20 International debut on January 11, 2009 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground against South Africa. He had the second-fastest half-century in the history of Twenty20 Internationals, with 69 of 43 balls with six fours and six sixes. Warner was only 11 centuries away from Chris Gayle. His debut at 79 was the second and fifth-highest scores on Twenty20 International.
He scored 6 on just 29 balls against the West Indies at the Sydney Cricket Ground on T20 on February 23, 2010. His 50 points came from just 16 balls. As a result, he broke his own record of 19 balls, making the second-fastest half-century after Yuvraj Singh.
Warner made his test debut in the first Trans-Tasman Trophy Test in the absence of Shane Watson due to injury. He made his Test debut against New Zealand on December 1, 2011 in Brisbane, Queensland.
